CAWA/AAIA Affiliate Membership for Qualified Members

CAWA and our national association, the Automotive Aftermarket
Industry Association (AAIA), have developed an affiliate program whereby
qualifying CAWA members will also receive AAIA member benefits
potentially valued at several hundreds of dollars. This program is
designed to bring the smaller distributor, that would not ordinarily
join AAIA on their own, the ability to participate in national benefits
by virtue of their membership in CAWA. In turn, AAIA can attest to
federal legislators in Washington D.C. that they represent hundreds of
additional small aftermarket businesses through their affiliation with
CAWA.
Here are the points of qualification for affiliate membership in AAIA
through CAWA.
- The business must first be a member in good standing of CAWA.
- The business must have maximum annual gross sales of $2.5 million
dollars (or less) and not be a manufacturer.
Examples of benefits through this affiliation to the CAWA member are:
- No additional costs to participate
- Receive AAIA member pricing on market research products and
certain educational offerings, e.g., Global Automotive Aftermarket
Symposium and
E-Forum training programs
- Can apply for AAIA scholarship funds
- Receive the industry’s Insider Magazine
- Receive national legislative, regulatory and industry information
- Receive a certificate of affiliation from AAIA
