CAWA Memorial Scholarship
The scholarship program supports educational opportunities in the
aftermarket for you, your family and employees.
The
Mort Schwartz Award, which is the highest award granted and is named
after the scholarship program’s founder and former CAWA Chair of the
Board, Mort Schwartz, is also awarded each year. Applications are
accepted between the months of September through March with the
scholarship being awarded in June.
Applying is easy! The online application process allows students
interested in aftermarket careers to submit one application each year
online at
www.automotivescholarships.org and receive consideration for several
scholarships.
Preference will be given to those currently working in the
aftermarket, high school seniors or college under-graduates enrolled in
a college level or vocational program pursuing a degree or accreditation
in the automotive aftermarket. Candidates should be sponsored by a CAWA
member and their permanent residence and/or school must be located in
the states of California, Nevada or Arizona.
